Spakur Invest is an Alternate Investment Fund pursuant to Act No. 45\/2020 on Alternative Investment funds. The fund is run by Barbara ehf., which is licensed as an operator of Alternative Investment Funds cf. Article 7 Act no. 45\/2020 on operators of Alternative Investment Funds and is subject to the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland. The custodian of the fund is T plus ehf. Investors are advised to familiarize themselves with key information before investing in the fund. An introductory meeting is offered where key information, investment strategy and the fund’s portfolio are reviewed.
